Cancellation with no help

Several months ago I made an Airbnb booking and 6 weeks before I'm ready to leave for Berlin they cancelled it. Airbnb protects guests in no way against hosts cancelling. Thought it was a good service because I could travel avoidably. Now six weeks before with a terrible exchange rate I have to try book something again.<br> <br> Disgusted does not quantify how I feel about Airbnb. Where is \guest"/\""customer\"" protection???"""
