Cancellation of booking was not refunded

I made a booking for accommodation on the 9th of October 2020 for 10 people. The host contacted me a few days later enquiring on how many people we were and I said i am not 100% sure at that stage as we as still finalizing the numbers. He asked if I was aware of the restriction of a maximum of 8 Adults. I said that i was not aware of this and this will not suite my requirements as the place I required was for 10 adults. The host said i should cancel and i would receive a full refund . I paid the accommodation in full which was R14296.95 and was only refunded R12300. AirBNB still has to refund me R2000 and i am unable to contact then and the host refuses to help in anyway. I have sent a number of complaints to AirBNB and i have not received any response.
