I had a client, namely Kimmy Naidoo, come stay in Ponta do Ouro. Firstly, they did not show on the first night and on the second, her child was scared of the fly in roach (ONE) and decided not to stay. Airbnb asked what they should refund, I told them 50% and then processed an additional amount of R2600. This covered the 2 nights that they "stayed". Airbnb then decided to refund them the balance of their stay AND deduct the amount from me. Therfore Kimmy received full refund and an extra amount of R2600. I showed them my proof of payment 3 times. Each time they ignored my message and closed the chat. They have now on the 3rd occasion said sorry there is nothing they can do!!!!! ******!!!!!!!
