Birthday Spoiled by Air BnB

We booked accomadation for my wifes birthday for a weekend getaway, but apon our arrival we were told the place we booked and paid for is not available. This was really a horrible experience ,we contacted air bnb and were just told we will be refunded. This was not the issue as now we were stranded and we booked the said place way in advance. My wife was left feeling so bad that her whole birthday wknd was spoiled as we couldnt find any other accomadation. We will never make use of air bnb again.
