Bad service through Airbnb

No no no, please don’t book through airbnb. They dont pay the owners. My host cancel after i paid my deposit. I battle now for a week to get my deposit back. This is the second time. Previously the owner didn’t know i was coming. No deposit or letter to let them know there is a booking.

With this new booking. After a week i still have to beg them for my money. Free cancelation advertised. My booking is only in Mid December. I didn't cancel the host/ owner did. Because of no deposit to the owner she feels she has the rite to cancel and use the accomodation for her family.

Know they full of stories. You cant fone them. Only messenger.
