BAD SERVICE and no MONEY BACK received..

Around 2 months ago I made a Airbnb booking. The host cancelled in the interim and I still had to pay a CANCELLATION fee.. This is nothing but ****************!!!

The host is missing and Airbnb takes NO RESPONSIBILITY!!!

Never using them again, this seems to be a MONEY MAKING scheme!!!!

I guess the economic crunch is so bad that Airbnb have to CHEAT people out of money!!! Hold your host ACCOUNTABLE!!!
