BAD SERVICE AND CANCELLATION WITH NO EXPLANATION

I would like to report a horrible accident that i EXPERENCED over the PAST WEEKEND, this is the story, I made my booking way in advance and my host was mulalo made a booking at the Blyde she was hands on till the day I had to check in,

I'm not sure if this lady is right upstairs or she needs proper training on how to deal with proper human beings, this lady called me the a day before my check in day and requested i send my pictures that was for check in purposes i did everything on my side , i was shocked on the day of check in when i was at the gate and received the news that my booking has been cancelled with no reason , i called the Lady she assured me that she was looking for a place for me to sleep , mind you i made it clear that my safety is everything just in case she was not bothered , i made numerous calls with no answer , changed called with different numbers , to my surprise the same number i communicate with her the previous day and a few hours when i arrived at the gate , i was then told that Mulalo is not known by the so called boyfriend or partner and he told me that i can call as many times but we won't reach the host , at this point i had to drive back home in the middle of the night till date the airhead has never contacted me, so im asking that you pls give me a solution to my incident and kindly explain if this is how business is conducted , today i received my refund but its not only about the money what about my time , my safety all the Fone calls and someone just cancelling with no reason , Mulalo i need feed back from you , i will not rest till you get back to me Rachel Masedi (Sapele )
