Bad service

I booked a place called La Pasoda on the 27th of October 2020 on airbnb they didn't say anything about the pool not working which was one of the main attractions. On the 28th October 2020 the host tells me the pool is not working. I ask for a full refund they are busy giving me the run around as the property was falsely advertised. After my complaint they decided to add this to the listing and reduce the price but they are refusing to give my refund. The worst service ever, unfortunately for them I have screenshots before and after they changed the listing.
