Bad service

We booked accommodation some months back for Dec the 28th. We only paid the deposit at the time. When it was December we wanted to pay the balance but was concerned about how “quiet” thongs were. My husband then enquired only to be informed that it has been cancelled. So unprofessional, when were they going to inform us? Now we are stuck in a dodge lodge my kids are not experiencing what we wanted them to. They need to sleep in separate rooms 😢. Very disappointed in Airbnb , will never use their services ever again.
