bad service

I made a booking via AirBnb, the quote and advert displayed R400 per night, just to find out that they had the information wrong, after i have done my booking and had numerous calls with the host of Protea Guest House in randfontein, the host initially said that she will give the place to us with the amount we already paid, and then changed her mind to charge us what should have been on the advert, this is unprofessional from AirBnb and false advertising from their side. i do understand the host point of view, then she should not have said she would give it to us for the price we already paid. yes i did cancel but i have to wait 2 weeks for my refund for their mistake
