BAD PLACE TO MAKE ACCOMODATION BOOKINGS

I booked a place at Jeffreys bay with Airbnb with a host named Arnot. Apparently he loaded his property wrong and the amount they have given me upon booking was incorrect. Thing is when I booked with Airbnb the money was deducted of my account in seconds but now I am battling to get my refund in time to use it as deposit on my new booking (definitely not using airbnb again). The host has to cancel the booking cause if I have to do it I get a penalty and wont get my full refund. Upon phone call and phone call wich also cost me a few rand, I'm being told that they will call the host and tell him to cancel but it may take up to 15 days for my money to be refunded. Like what. Did they have to wait for the money when I made the booking. NO NO NO. Will take this from family to family to friends and their friends about the poor service.
