Bad management and horrible customer service

I will NOT recommend Airbnb to anyone. Bad management and horrible customer service. I've book a place via airbnb sucessfully. On the day of my arrival the host told me that they deregisterred from air bnb and they cannot accomodate me. I had to find a new place to stay late in the afternoon. On top of that, there were issues with my refund from airbnb. They were not very helpfull.
