Bad Experience with Airbnb

i had a bad experience with Airbnb, me and my friends we booked using Airbnb and our trip was canceled 3 days before our departure, accommodation was paid for, flights tickets was paid and entertainment, and they asked us to send them the proof of our payments and we did that up until now we haven't received our money back, we've been waiting since March
