Bad experience as host

The bad experience with Air B&B started with our listing: 1. We could not state our own rates and conditions. 2. After a costly booking we changed our rates however the original rates are still listed. 3. There were no contact center to help, we were referred to the community. 4. After being listed at a stage we received notices that a booking was accepted. Air BnB response the tick box for instant acceptance matching criteria was ticked, never noted this feature. 5. Suddenly penalties appeared from terms and conditions should you decline a booking. 6. Air BnB demands instant payment, does not pay deposit and only pays 1 day after guests arrive. Therefore Air BnB earns interest on the payment from the time the customer paid until the host is paid??????????????? 7. When registering and we had questions the telephone number was in Ireland however tonight I note the contact is in California USA????????????????/ 8. Air BnB is draconian sharks, changing addresses, overcharging people, dodging responsibilities and bulling the hosts feeding them for their financial gain.
