Bad and *****ulent establishment

Good evening I have had one of the worst experience with an Airbnb in Windermere Berea Durban the host name is Gcwalisile this lady is shady I booked for two days and due to complications regarding the event we were meant to attend I requested my fiancé to call and cancel she advised him that no she can't cancel because we have to cancel ourselves on the website we used to book on when prior to that I had sent her WhatsApp alerting her which she only rep**** to 24 hours later but that didn't matter as we had decided to let another couple use the room then, to my shock when the couple arrived at the Airbnb she told them the booking was cancelled I then called Gcwalisile 5 times and she did not answer my call to only receive missed WhatsApp call the next morning from her at 23:30 or so . My shock is the lack of honesty Nd refusal to refund me when I had even received a welcome email from them on the booking day
