Avoid MAUN THATCHED COTTAGE (BOTSWANA)

After writing to the host twice well in advance without a response, I arrived in Maun at night to find the accommodation permanently rented out for the past 6 months. Seems the host is unable to receive payment from AirBnB. Avoid Maun Thatched Cottage at all costs! Beware if the host does not reply to a AirBnB message. PS AirBnB refunded me fully, but I had to get accommodation in the middle of the night.
