ANGRY

I am so angry and disgraced with Airbnb and their refund process. We made a booking in January and paid the deposit, but had to cancel March due to lockdown. We were suppose to go over Easter weekend which was the 10th of April. Till today I am still struggling to get our refund ,they every time give refund codes payment numbers and every time the bank tells us that there is no refund. What is this some sort of tactic not to refund?
