Airbnb's ***** with payouts

Airbnb's ***** with payouts is getting bigger and bigger Airbnb is pocketing the money received from guests for thier bookings. They charge guests but do not pay to the hosts, whose properties are booked. There is no chance to get help from thier support team (if you have a chance to speak to a real person, not a robot). They do not even investigate, they just repeat thier duty lies about technical issues. Or they lie that the money is paid and the issue must be resolved with the host's bank. But they do not provide payment reference numbers for the investigation to be done by banks. I have been battling with them for more than two months for my few payouts totalling a bit more than $1800. Still do not see the way to get them pay to me. My research shows that there are thousands of other hosts having the same problem with airbnb. Basically, Airbnb is using third parties' properties and money, spent on the maintanace of those properties, to enrich Brian Chesky and his team. And they get away with not paying the tax on those amounts because theoretically those payments must go to hosts. But they do not go there. How clever, isn't it?
