Airbnb won’t give me a refund for the host not being able to accommodate me

I rented a Airbnb for 1028 euros on the 1st of November from the 5 November - 5 December where it claimed on the AIRBNB ad that the Entire home hosted by Cynthia Makheswa, 5 guest . 5 bedrooms . 5 beds . 3 bathrooms in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa was available. After I paid for the Airbnb already the host Cynthia contacted me the same day via Airbnb messenger to let me know even though I’ve already paid for the Airbnb that she couldn’t Accommodate me, which even though it was an inconvenience would have been fine but since the 1st of November 2023 I’ve been asking Airbnb for a refund everyday, and since the 1st of November all I’ve been getting from Airbnb is the run around, I have called 100 times and they have asked me 100 times have I canceled my reservation and I’ve told them 100 times yes, the reservation has been canceled as soon as I found out that Cynthia Makheswa couldn’t accommodate me, and I have called Airbnb everyday since the 1st of November 2023, it is now 5th November and I still haven’t received a refund.
