Airbnb will ***** money from your account

I have had the worst experience imaginable with airbnb during my last trip overseas. There was a problem with the host where I stayed and airbnb decided to refund me, which was great, until 2 weeks after when they decided to charge my card for a transaction I had no clue of. I deleted my airbnb account immediately after they refunded me so it's impossible that I made a new reservation and why would I after my horrible experience? It's been two weeks of me dealing with the airbnb team and they are the most *********** bunch of people I have ever come across. They refuse to refund my money that they stole and keep on sending me emails asking me the same questions to waste my time. They are ******* and will authorise transactions on your card without you even knowing. I woke up to a message from my bank saying that my card was charge with *** amount. How are they allowed to do this to people? I will NEVER EVER use airbnb again in my life.
