Airbnb Western Cape, Architectural Beach House Villa (Slangkop Estate)

I've recently had a very negative experience with Airbnb while booking a place in the Western Cape called Architectural Beach house villa: Slangkop Estate. My booking was from the 16th of April 2021 until 20 April 2021. The issue I had is when 8 cancelled the booking 25 days before check in date and was refused a full refund. The host blamed Airbnb and Airbnb blamed the host, my reference number for the booking is HM3ZR39F9B and I need assistance getting my full refund back, Airbnb has the full details of reservation and still refuse to issue my refund.
