airbnb trash service

airbnb is the worse service ever I urge everyone not to make the same mistake I made .I booked an accommodation 12:30 and immidiately made contact with the owner of property to give me instructions on how to access the property .I waited for a response till 1:30 then I decided to drive to the location and to my surprise I saw an rdp in the township. I then laid a complaint with Airbnb and they did not resolve for on even attempt to help me .So as a matter of fact I have paid and not even been refunded my R875.95 and I called capitec back to reverse my payment they informed me that I need to cancel the booking in order to for me to Log a dispute . Airbnb has not attempted `not even once to attend to my Query .
