AirBnb - Totally Distasteful/UnProfessional Behaviour Towards Clients

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional manner in which Airbnb treats their clients, they are only interested in protecting themselves and the hosts. I am totally shocked by the way our host Paul handled my request to cancel/rebook our holiday because of the current Level 3 Lockdown restrictions. He just ignored my messages, then Airbnb sends me a message to say that Paul refuses to refund or allow changes on the booking. How unprofessional and distasteful. I will never use or recommend Airbnb again.
