Airbnb the worst business ever

Me and my brother booked for 24days for an accommodation on Airbnb today starting from tomorrow the 8th of October 2020 to the 30th of October 2020.

The booking we made got cancelled after the Airbnb has deducted more than 20k into my account without my concern.

Our booking got cancelled then I needed to resort to another accommodation because we really need accommodation for business reason.

We got an sms that our money will only be returned after 7 to 15days of which we are in business and we need all the cents now I can’t book because the only cash we have is the one they took.

This is literally frustrating and please return my money.

I need the money as in yesterday.

Now we needed to resort to staying in a Low class accommodation because of Low funds.

Please return our money ASAP.
