Airbnb Support sucks

Airbnb, like booking.com, have very few people to assist when things go wrong. I have been at my phone for hours today, trying to get into contact with a person. This frustration is hopefully opening the door for someone else to step into this market space and provide customer service, not just a robotic reply.
