Airbnb support is useless

We have 2 listings on #Airbnb but can not access the calendar of the 2nd listing. We have had roughly 12 bookings declined due to this issue. Airbnb simply DO NOT have a method to speak to a person. Instead, they bombard you with automated answers. We are now removing this listing. Would rather use Booking.com!!
