Airbnb "Superhost"?????????

We booked accommodation for 8 guests, with a "Superhost" on airbnb from 23 Dec 2021- 3 Jan 2022 in St Helenabay. The booking was confirmed, by the host on 8 March 2021 and on 10 December we paid the balance due. On the evening of 21 December we called the host to confirm time of arrival, to be informed that the booking was never confirmed and that he was having dinner with friends and could not assist us. The host then cancelled the booking. Airbnb did refund all monies paid, but could not provide alternative accommodation. We had family driving in to Cape Town for this holiday, with no alternatives to book. This host is still listed as a "Superhost"?......................
