Airbnb ****med us our money-Mcube Stays

Good day Can Hello peter please assist us in getting our deposit money back, we booked a place in Sandown Estate in Sandton last year in October the 29th checking out on the 30th AIRBNB request us to pay an amount of R9850 which we firstly called Airbnb before making payment because to us it didn't make sense as to why are they requesting so much money it wa double of what we paid, the Airbnb gave us a go ahead to pay the money since it was stipulated on the contract, they said the money is for deposit (security) and they promised us that we will receive our payment within 14 working days till today.. We have called their international number a lot of times every time they tell us that they will look into the matter.. We waited and all of the sudden our case was closed without being resolved. We even sent them a letter of demand from our lawyers but still nobody cared to respond, our confirmation code is HMJHRPWRTN
