AIRBNB's unhelpful customer service

<p>Hello hi I am from Johannesburg, My name is Milva Green , I tried using AIRBNB this Tuesday to book a place to stay for my holiday in Cape Town South Africa , R3K was deducted from my bank balance before I received the address of the host's house and all that . I had no response till today from Tuesday And AIRBNB has no contact details on their App and website I am terrified if this was a **** or my money will be refunded can anybody help me with any information That Accomodation money was 69% of my normal monthly wage and I can't let AIRBNB take it like that without having me booked a place to live for my holiday.</p>
