Airbnb refuses to Pay many South African owners

I'm unhappy with Airbnb South Africa, I had a a very good guest who booked one of our premises. From 6 to 10 June 2024. Until today we have not received our payment. I have called them day in and day out to verify 2 bank accounts where funds should be deposited. Everything I call I am told the specialized team will get back to me within 24 hours .

It has not helped me to wait at all because I get the same excuse everything I call.

I also suggested to them to give me an email where I can atleast email them my documents for them to speed up on the verification but dololo.. I'm wouldn't suggest anyone to use airbnb anymore because when Ish hits the fan you will chase them forever.
