Airbnb - really bad service

We made a booking on Airbnb. They debited the money from my account. I text the host to confirm everything is okay. The host tells me her home is not available until the 5th of April. The hosts name is Claudia and I do not know understand how her place was listed to be available when it’s not available. Right now I’m in Durban with no place to stay. The amount I payed for the booking is R13250.00. When I ask for a refund, they tell me to wait for 12 hours. I drove eight hours to get to this place. The place I had booked is at Simbithi Eco Estate.
