AirBnB non payouts

We have not received payments for AirBnB bookings for the last three (3) bookings. The clients have come and gone - not a word from AirBnb as to why no payments effected until we queried. Now they say the usual "....Upon checking, there's a current issue with the payout where in some of payouts were recently delayed which is the reason why you haven't been receiving it yet." BEWARE of AirBnB - makes one wonder their autenticity!
