Airbnb most ********* company and waste of money, ull loose your money (deposit) and your booking

I am seriously having endless problems with Airbnb in arranging my booking, I 1stly struggled to get hold of someone who could assist me with the error of booking the place it took a week to resolve i could have lost the place, when i finally booked the place by giving deposit there was no confirmation of a second payment a few days later like whats the point of deposit if you must pay the rest 2 weeks later (a whole 8 days before the notice that said can cancel before the 16th) i tried to make arrangement to please reschedule a deduction for the 15th as this is my salary date (who has money on the freakn 8th?! of december) for a business to not know this im am regrettably disappointed i used their service as im now told i will loose my deposit and the booking and they cant assist me in rescheduling the deposit. i have made this booking as i will be seeing my kids after 6 months and after i have already confirmed with them that in as shortwhile theyl get to see me and is excited that we can spend this time together i now dont know how to tell them i lost the place as well im loosing my funds and now the trouble of booking another place what a flippen dissaster im sitting with its not like i wont pay the full amount before booking in which is only on the 23rd but they would rather have me loose my funds and the booking then reshedule 1 week later all im asking is for 1 week and they refused i would never recommend this ********* company to anyone
