AirBnb leaves such a bad taste!

I wish there was an option to give less than 1 star, negative stars perhaps as that is what Arnold - an aparent ‘superhost’ on AirBnb deserves. I am both shocked and disgusted by the lack of customer care received when trying to cancel/rebook our getaway based on the current Level 3 lockdown. His inflexibility and greed left such a bad taste and I will not be using or recommending AirBnb again!
