AirBnB: Lack of Ethics, Integrity and feedback

Good day,

I have had no feedback regarding the pathetic service, lack of feedback and major integrity issues I have received regarding my query with Air BNB help / support team.

I have gone so far to email the CEO directly and I still have no feedback.

In their resolution message box, they acknowledge your initial complaint, and very quickly close the message box and leave your issue unresolved.
