Airbnb is full of sh***

Thanks to a system glitch, while I was booking a reservation through Airbnb, money was withdrawn or held from my account without the booking being made. AIRBNB told me that they would issue a refund which would take 15 days to reflect.

Now because of a glitch on their side, I may end up homeless. And they won't do anything about it.
