Airbnb is a *****ulent business!

This is a ****ty *****ulent business that does not care about the safety of clients. Their platform allowed me to book an accommodation which they told me is unavailable close to check-in time. When it’s time to reimburse my money, they are showing me wrong confirmation codes and saying they did not deduct any money from my account. A complete lie that I refuted with evidence, and they keep saying their agents will call me. I’m definitely suing if needs be because I want my money!
