AirBnb is a ****

I was walked over to two properties and had to find my own accomodation spending 4000 additional on top of 2200 I had spent. The second place was nothing short of a brothel. The host seriously need to learn about lodging and hospitality. I sent multiple emails over arrangements and confirmations, but arrived to find that nothing was planned.

Support centre is nothing short of mediocre. I escalated the issue to them and they are playing Tom & Jerry blame game.
