Airbnb is a ripoff. No Covid provisions

Lost R2000 because I couldn't yravel because of COVID restrictions, had to find alternative dates but the lockdown was extended, and because I didnt accept changes, I literally lost my money, I cannot believe that i am forced to forfeit money because Airbnb dosnt make cancelation provisions in the case of Covid lockdown travel restrictions.
