Airbnb i want my refund.

So i make a reservation, do the transaction... payment goes through, i call the owner of the bnb, we get to a point im told airbnb gave out false information about the accommodation, the reservation costs more than what i have paid for. So i was told to cancel the reservation, i should get a refund. Okay. So i opt for a cancelation which should get me a refund and it has now been more than a month still waiting for a refund.

Im thinking of taking this another notch, i need my money back, i live in an environment where every cent counts.
