Airbnb host violence! *******ly Taking money from hard-working hosts

This message serves to display my frustration and disappointment in the Airbnb process for Hosts.

I will be perusing legal action should this not be assessed promptly. This will cost Airbnb far more than the damages caused on my side.

1. It is ******* to Bill me in a currency I don't earn in. Airbnb does not pay me in dollars. So why on earth are deductions dollar based ?

2. It is ******* to charge me over 200% of the possible revenue for a cancellation. How can I be charged R1400+ for a R400 booking ? When the client themselves got a full refund ?

-1stly I did not accept the reservation and reserve every right to choose who stays in my house and when. -2ndly this booking was made when I was on instabook. Which allows me to make cancellations 100% free. - By realizing through this reservation that insta book was not working for me. I made the cancellation same day within a very quick response process. 3. I am sick and tired of the terrible standards of work that Airbnb has subjected me to. Total unfair treatment in resolving issues and I will not stand for it any further.
