AirBnB HOST protection guarantee for damages NOT HONORED!

Host protection policy is an absolute farce! , AIRBNB claims to provide a guarantee that the HOST will NOT lose out if a guest causes damage. However I have been short changed on a claim I submitted for damages caused by a guest. The invoices I submitted for R3700 was short paid by almost 50% which I had to pay out of my own pocket. It is almost impossible to engage with a support person from AirBnb, you never get a valid response from them and then they just ignore you and close the incident! Absolutely TERRIBLE!!
