Airbnb host not accommodating

Struggled for days with host Kim and Helle who were not accommodating whatsoever (providing covid results and stating why I was unable to use the accommodation). Already losing money to flysafair who were unreasonable I Eventually had to seek help from Airbnb directly. It was a bit of a struggle but eventually they helped me and accepted reasons for not being able to travel. Always choose a good host, otherwise you’ll end up like I did. #WIN
