Airbnb host Gerda is a ***** and a ****

Airbnb and Gerda stole my money and nobody is getting back to me. We booked a place through them and when we get there the place did not open and the lady that was there said they have not been an airbnb for over a year and now my concern is my money, where is the money they debited, I want it back. People must be aware that airbnb/Gerda does not do proper things and are *****ing and they do not respond on their site when you contact them for a resolution. I even sent the Gerda ***** a private message asking for an explanation and she ignored me, leaving me stranded on the road with my children.
