Airbnb Host Cancellations and Terrible Refund Policies

I made a booking on Airbnb. Payment was made and funds were deducted from my account. A few hours later the host canceled as he stated that he had no availability. However, on the app his dates were clear. Nonetheless a full refund was issued and I was advised that payment would be made into my account in 14 days. Such 14 days would elapse after my travel dates. I sourced further funds to make another booking in the interim. The host confirmed availability and immediately thereafter she canceled my trip and the same refund process ensued with the same 14 day delay. Her basis for cancellation was based on her unfami****ity with the app and unavailability of her unit. I spoke to at least three Airbnb reps and they all advised they would assist me urgently however, they have failed to do so or provide for my accommodation for the dates and retract the refunds.
