Airbnb horrible service

My host account has been blocked apparently due to an illegitimate reservation, no one can inform me how and why this is due to privacy policy, how can my account be suspended without explanation, I’m out of business and I had a reservation which I have since been inquiring if the refund has been made to the client and no one can give me an answer, I can’t even appeal the suspension as I do not even know how the ***** was committed
