Airbnb hold the money they have received from our guests and don't pay Host

Don't use Airbnb they do not pay the hosts after taking the guests money. Airbnb have taken the payment from our guests, we have not received our payout. Airbnb hold onto the money paid by the guests and don't pay the host.
