Airbnb **********

I have a property listed on Airbnb and had a client book in on the 8 Aug-10 Aug. He paid the money to Airbnb on the 30th July 2020. To date I have not received the money. I have sent them several messages and they just keep coming back to me to say that I need to wait another 10 business days for Payoneer to verify my banking details and pay over the money to me. I just got an email from Payoneer saying that they have received no payout request from Airbnb for me. This is ***** and I want Airbnb to pay over my money immediately. You cannot even call them.
