Airbnb *****

I have never had a problem with Airbnb until now. Between 4 families, we made reservations for Simbithi Eco estate, and BOTH reservations have been reported as ********** reservations. The other families have received their refund, but Airbnb has not even contacted me, after the initial alert. A case of ***** has been opened. Be careful.
