Airbnb

I have been trying to make a booking for a place for more than a week, the funds do not get deducted and then i get a message i have 24 hours to make payment, when i do that the comes an error, I then contact the host or try to get hold of Airbnb(which is impossible) but no assistance with deduction. I am still trying to book the place even if it means I make the deposit myself, super frustrating that a company like that does not have a tellephone query service for immediate help i find that the convenience on booking on this site is plain **** they have good prices but getting hold of them to use the service is bad somebody else could have booked the spot before me, please take head when ur stuck the struggle is real for assistance
